The entire golf course is now being worked on, and large construction equipment will be in use on all 18 holes throughout the rest of the project.
The week of March 24th heavy machinery will be moving dirt from Hole 1 to Hole 18. Large construction equipment will be crossing over El Dorado Blvd and along La Quinta Dr. See attached map for traffic route of contractor’s street legal dump trucks. We ask that the community be aware of this increased traffic.
Holes 2, 4, 7, 9
New drainage ponds are in progress and are expected to be completed over the next two weeks.
Holes 9-14
These holes are being fine-tuned, and drainage installation under the greens will soon begin, which consists of piping, and French drains in a herring bone shape. All other holes are being graded and shaped.
Overall Progress
Contractors are 35% complete on the project and are still on target to meet our deadline this Summer.

Monday – Sunday from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm
Safety Reminder
For your safety, all community traffic — including walking, biking, and golf carts — is strictly prohibited on the course until the project is complete.
Stay off both courses with ATV and any other vehicles that are not approved for golf cart path usage during this winter closure.
